The short version: Wow Buffet is a public forum. What you post here is public, and you're giving it away for free, so that people and AI can use it and learn from it.
1. It's a public forum
Wow Buffet is a public place to share things made with AI. Everything you post is public: your projects and files, your descriptions and prompts, and your profile. Anyone can see it, including search engines and AI tools. Don't post anything you want to keep private.
2. You're giving it away for free
When you post something on Wow Buffet:
- Anyone may view, run, download, copy, share, learn from and build on it, for free and for any purpose. That includes education, research and training AI.
- They must give you credit, for example by linking back to your project. On Wow Buffet, “Builds on” does that.
- The formal licence is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).
- You can't take it back from people who already have it. If you delete a project it leaves Wow Buffet, but copies and remixes other people made stay theirs to use.
- We may host it, show it and feature it, on Wow Buffet and when promoting Wow Buffet.
So only post things that are yours to give away: your own work, including AI output you have the right to share. Don't post anything confidential, or anything that belongs to someone else.
3. Using what's here
- Everything is free to use on the terms above. Credit the person who made it.
- Projects are made by users, not by us, and we don't check them first. They come as they are: they may not work, and they may be wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important.
- Uploaded apps run in a sandbox. Even so, never type passwords, payment details or private information into them.
4. The rules
Follow the community rules: nothing illegal, harmful or deceptive. We may remove anything, and close any account, that breaks these terms or the rules.
5. Your account
- You must be at least 13.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your projects from Wow Buffet.
6. If something here is yours
If someone has posted your work without permission, email wbuffetadmin@gmail.com with a link to it and a short explanation. We'll look into it and take it down where that's right.
7. No guarantees
Wow Buffet is free and provided as it is, with no guarantees. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using the site or anything posted on it.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: wbuffetadmin@gmail.com.
